PMIEF Portland Chapter Milestone Scholarship

To celebrate our 30-year anniversary, PMI Portland has endowed a $2500 scholarship available through the PMIEF. 1st priority: member of PMI Portland Chapter 2nd priority: live in area served by PMI Portland Chapter.

The PMI Portland Chapter is providing one (1) $1,000 academic scholarship to be administered by the PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF) Scholarship and Awards Program.
Applicants must be enrolled in or applying for an accredited two year or four year degree program. For the two year undergraduate degree program, applicants must also be enrolled in or applying for a Project Management Certificate Program. For the four year degree program, applicants must be enrolled in or applying for a degree program in project management or a related field of study benefiting from project management. In addition to the criteria noted above, applicants will be reviewed with the following order of priority:
- A resident of the Portland Metro area (including Clackamas County, Oregon, Columbia County, Multnomah County, Washington County, and Yamhill County, in Oregon, or Clark County, or Skamania County, in Washington) attending or planning to attend any two or four year accredited college or university.
- An individual attending or planning to attend a two or four year accredited degree program at a college or university in the Portland Metro area as defined above.
- An individual attending or planning to attend any two or four year accredited college or university in the states of Oregon, Washington or Idaho.

ESI International’s Stand Out Scholarship is making a half million dollars in career development tuition assistance available for out of work project managers, business analysts and general business professionals. The Stand Out Scholarship gives unemployed individuals the opportunity to build a more competitive resume by providing tuition assistance that can be used to cover the majority of tuition fees on up to three ESI courses, enabling them to potentially earn an Associate’s Certificate. |
