CHAPTER BYLAWS

Bylaws Approval Vote at September 2010 Chapter Dinner Meeting

Project Management Institute required that we update our chapter bylaws to match their standardized format, and to reflect current information and legal requirements. Our goal in this update was to make no substantial changes to our current bylaws.

During the September 21st chapter dinner meeting, we’ll hold a short business meeting to allow chapter members to approve the updated bylaws.

If you cannot make the September chapter dinner meeting, and have feedback on the bylaws update, please contact Joseph Marietta president@pmi-portland.org before September 21, 2010.
