The PMI Portland newsletter is published monthly, September through June, and distributed electronically to the more than 1300 members of PMI Portland, and nearly 3000 non-members. Advertising is a great way that affiliated companies can provide support for Chapter activities, and get in front of our membership.

How to advertise with PMI Portland

1. Download and complete the Advertising Order Form.
2. Email the form and advertising image to sponsor_programs@pmi-portland.org.
3. Please observe the Newsletter submission deadlines.

• Deadlines: Ads received by the Newsletter submission deadline may be included in the next month's newsletter issue.
• Formats: Acceptable image formats are .bmp, .tif, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .psd.
  Acceptable text formats are Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, but graphics are preferred and will provide a better result. There may be an additional charge for converting text ads to images.
• Forms:  Add graphics must be accompanied by an Advertising Order Form.
• Repeat Ads: We will run the same ad each month unless we receive a different ad in time for the next newsletter.

Acceptance Guidelines

• Companies must provide goods or services related to project management.
• The PMI Portland Chapter Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse any advertising.
• Any advertisements must be in good taste and not offensive to the general membership of the PMI Portland Chapter.
• Advertisements appear in the Portland Chapter newsletter only (not on the Chapter web site itself).
• Limited space is available so ads are included on a first-come-first-served basis. The newsletter editor will determine the placement and number of advertisements in the newsletter.

Payment Information

• Invoices will be sent via email and terms are Net 15.
