98% will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by 5:00PM (PDT) March 18, 2010 (splitting credit card transaction fees).
50% will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by 5:00PM (PDT) April 11, 2010. No refunds will be made after the April 11, 2010 deadline, but substitutions will be accepted.
