98% will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by 5:00PM (PDT) Feb. 20, 2010 (splitting credit card transaction fees).
50% will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by 5:00PM (PDT) March 16, 2010. No refunds will be made after the March 16, 2010 deadline, but substitutions will be accepted.
