Advertise with PMI Portland Chapter

The PMI Portland Chapter newsletter is published monthly, September through June, and distributed electronically to the more than 1500 members of PMI Portland Chapter, and nearly 3000 non-members. Advertising is a great way that affiliated companies can provide support for Chapter activities, and for your company or organization to get in front of our membership.

 

How to advertise with PMI Portland

  1. Download and complete the Advertising Order Form.
  2. Email the form and advertising image to sponsor_programs@pmi-portland.org.
  3. Please observe the deadlines listed in the Newsletter Publication Schedule.

Ad Requirements

  • Deadlines: Ads received by the Newsletter submission deadline may be included in the next month's newsletter issue. 
  • Formats: Acceptable image formats are .bmp, .tif, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .psd or .png.
  • Forms:  Ad graphics must be accompanied by an Advertising Order Form. 
  • Repeat Ads: We will run the same ad each month unless we receive a different ad in time for the next newsletter.

Need Help?

If you would like to have your ad created by our Marketing team, please send text and separate graphic elements. Allow at least two weeks for ad creation and approval. Fee for ad creation is $60.

Acceptance Guidelines

  • Companies must provide goods or services related to project management.
  • Any advertisements must be in good taste and not offensive to the general membership of the PMI Portland Chapter.
  • Advertisements appear in the Portland Chapter newsletter only (not on the Chapter web site itself).
  • Limited space is available so ads are included on a first-come-first-served basis. The newsletter editor will determine the placement and number of advertisements in the newsletter.  

Payment Information

  • Payment Information Invoices will be sent via email and terms are Net 15.
  • Mail checks, payable to PMI Portland Chapter, to PMI Portland Chapter, P.O. Box 5966, Portland OR 97228-5966
